Surana Telecom and Power Limited (formerly Surana Telecom Ltd.) has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited. This new entity was incorporated on January 8, 2026.

The subsidiary, Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited, has an authorized capital of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) and is yet to commence business operations, thus having Nil turnover currently.

The business of Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited will involve trading, distributing, supplying, generating, transmitting, and manufacturing solar and renewable energy-related products. It will also focus on generating, transmitting, distributing, supplying, and dealing in electricity and all forms of energy and power, including solar, thermal, and hydro energy. The company aims to execute various solar projects.

The incorporation is a related party transaction as the subsidiary is wholly owned by Surana Telecom and Power Limited. The promoters, promoter group, or group companies are not interested in this transaction, except for the ownership stake. The subscription to the share capital of the subsidiary is 100% in cash.
