Suraj Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of ₹16,565.50 lacs (₹165.65 crore) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The net profit after tax for the same period stood at ₹531.69 lacs (₹5.31 crore).

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the total income from operations was ₹6,412.93 lacs (₹64.12 crore) on a consolidated basis and ₹6,252.23 lacs (₹62.52 crore) on a standalone basis. The consolidated net profit after tax for the nine months was ₹966.63 lacs (₹9.66 crore), while the standalone net profit after tax was ₹195.15 lacs (₹1.95 crore).

The company also provided earnings per share (EPS) data. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹1.88 on a consolidated basis and ₹2.70 on a standalone basis. For the nine-month period, the consolidated basic and diluted EPS were ₹0.74 and ₹0.75 respectively, while the standalone EPS was ₹0.74 and ₹0.75 respectively.
