Suraj Limited has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will focus on several key agendas, including the receipt, consideration, and adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Other significant business includes the appointment of a director, Mr. Kunal Tarachand Shah, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment. The shareholders will also be asked to ratify the remuneration payable to the cost auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2027, with M/s Kiran J. Mehta & Co. proposed to be paid ₹1,45,000 plus GST. Furthermore, the meeting will seek approval for material related party transactions.
