Supreme Infrastructure India Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate pertains to the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The confirmation was received from Big Share Service Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), on January 09, 2026.

The RTA confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization up to December 31, 2025, were processed and confirmed to the depositories. They also verified that the security certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated, cancelled, and that the depositories' names were substituted in the register of members as registered owners within 15 days of receipt.
