Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZL) has responded to a media report concerning a grazing land dispute. The company clarified that on July 4, 2024, the Government of Gujarat ordered the resumption of 108 hectares of land allotted to APSEZL, a decision that was to be implemented on July 5, 2024, as directed by the Gujarat High Court. APSEZL had challenged the High Court's order in the Supreme Court, which had stayed the direction on July 10, 2024. On January 27, 2026, the Supreme Court quashed both the Gujarat Government's order and the High Court's directive. The apex court has mandated the State Government to pass fresh orders after providing a hearing opportunity to all concerned parties, with a status quo to be maintained in the interim. The company stated that this Supreme Court order does not have any material adverse impact on its operations or performance. Therefore, APSEZL believes there is no additional information or event requiring disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations at this stage.
