Sundram Fasteners Limited announced the re-appointment of Sri Suresh Krishna as Non-Executive Director and Ms Arathi Krishna as Managing Director. Sri Suresh Krishna's re-appointment is for a term of five years effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms Arathi Krishna's re-appointment is also for five years, effective May 3, 2026, pending shareholder approval. The Board also appointed Sri K Balasubramaniam, Senior General Manager-Information Technology, as Senior Management Personnel, effective January 28, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹1,351.47 crores for the quarter, an increase from ₹1,256.58 crores in the previous year. Profit before exceptional item and tax grew by 14% to ₹173.97 crores. The company recorded a net profit of ₹121.88 crores for the quarter, compared to ₹120.36 crores in the prior year. Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹1,541.11 crores for the quarter, up from ₹1,011.12 crores year-on-year. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹4,040.01 crores for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, against ₹3,855.75 crores in the previous year. Consolidated revenue for the nine months stood at ₹4,595.52 crores, compared to ₹4,424.83 crores in the prior year. The company incurred a capital expenditure of ₹217.92 crores for the nine months ended December 31, 2025.
