Sundram Fasteners Limited announced key management decisions following a Board of Directors meeting held on January 28, 2026. The Board approved the re-appointment of Sri Suresh Krishna as Non-Executive Director for a five-year term effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Furthermore, Ms. Arathi Krishna was re-appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term effective May 3, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval. The Board also appointed Sri K Balasubramaniam, Senior General Manager-Information Technology, as Senior Management Personnel, effective January 28, 2026. In addition to these appointments, the Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The results showed standalone revenue from operations at ₹1,351.47 crores for the quarter, an increase from ₹1,256.58 crores in the previous year. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,541.11 crores for the quarter. The company also reported a net profit of ₹121.88 crores for the standalone quarter and ₹130.80 crores on a consolidated basis.
