Sundaram Finance Limited has announced the exercise of stock options under the Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2008 (SFESOS). Under Grant 15, which was originally granted on 26.05.2023, a total of 1,388 stock options have been exercised by 6 option holders on 3rd June 2026. The company has initiated the necessary procedures for transferring the corresponding equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat accounts of the option holders.
