Sundaram Clayton Limited has executed an Agreement to Sell (ATS) on January 8, 2026, with Canopy Living LLP for the sale of its land parcel. The land, measuring 16.381 acres, is situated at Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu. Canopy Living LLP is a joint venture between Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited. The company has received an advance of ₹25 Crore, with the balance consideration of ₹535.67 Crore to be received upon execution of the Sale Deed. The transaction is subject to the completion of conditions precedent and is expected to be finalized on or before February 11, 2026. The buyer, Canopy Living LLP, does not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Sundaram Clayton Limited, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
