This acquisition, effective immediately, makes JSN Realtors LLP an entity under the control of Sumit Woods Limited. JSN Realtors LLP is engaged in real estate development and construction, with its incorporation date on September 18, 2021, and its registered office in Mumbai. The LLP's turnover for the past three financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, and FY 2024-25) has been NIL. The acquisition aims to enable participation in a building project and expand the company's real estate activities, with a view to generating sustainable returns from property development and monetization. Sumit Woods Limited, with a 39-year legacy and over 60 delivered projects, is strategically shifting towards a redevelopment-led, high-value portfolio. The company is focusing on urban rejuvenation opportunities and strengthening its presence in key growth corridors across Mumbai suburbs.
