Sudeep Pharma Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Thursday, 1st January 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2025. During this period, all designated individuals are prohibited from dealing in the securities of the company, directly or indirectly. The company will inform the stock exchanges in due course about the date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the aforementioned financial results. This measure is in compliance with the Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
