Subex Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Alok Ohrie as an Additional Director, serving as a Non-Executive, Independent Director. This appointment, effective from January 4, 2026, is for a period of three years and is subject to shareholder approval. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 4, 2026. Mr. Ohrie brings over three and a half decades of experience in the IT and IT-enabled services sector. Notably, he served as the President and Managing Director of Dell Technologies India from April 2013 to July 2025, where he was instrumental in transforming the company into a comprehensive technology solutions provider. During his tenure, Dell Technologies India became the fastest-growing business unit for Dell globally. He has also held leadership positions at IBM, AMD, EMC, and Wipro. Mr. Ohrie has received several accolades, including the ‘Outstanding Contribution to IT Industry’ award in 2013 and was named Indian Affairs’ ‘Most Innovative CEO of the Year’ in 2019. He has also been recognized for his contributions to national initiatives and his commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
