Studds Accessories Limited has announced the opening of a special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This initiative is in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025. The special window is available for shareholders who had lodged their transfer requests prior to April 01, 2019, and these requests were subsequently returned or rejected due to deficiencies in documentation or process. The window will remain open for a period of six months, from July 07, 2025, until January 06, 2026. During this period, any re-lodged requests for the transfer of equity shares will be processed exclusively in dematerialized (demat) form, subject to successful verification of documents. Shareholders holding shares in physical form and whose transfer requests were previously rejected are encouraged to re-lodge them with the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited).
