(SPI), located in Chestnut Ridge, New York, USA. The inspection took place from December 17, 2025, to December 23, 2025. Following the inspection, the U.S. FDA issued a Form 483 with four observations. The company has stated that these observations are procedural in nature and anticipates no impact on the supply of its commercial products.
