STL Networks Limited has announced an Adjudicator's Decision received against its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sterlite Technologies UK Ventures Limited (STUKVL). The adjudication was filed by All Fiber Solutions Limited (AFSL) concerning STUKVL's failure to pay £83.5 thousand (approximately ₹1.01 crore as of January 15, 2026) under a framework agreement for fiber cabling and civil engineering services. The dispute was heard by Adjudicator Nigel J Davies in Faringdon, England. The Adjudicator's Decision, issued on January 5, 2026, was in favor of AFSL. In addition to the principal amount, the decision also includes simple interest of £6.6 thousand (approximately ₹0.08 crore as of January 15, 2026) and adjudicator's fees and expenses. Despite the ruling against its subsidiary, STL Networks Limited has stated that there is no material impact on the financial position of the Company.
