This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting convened for the declaration of these unaudited financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2026. All designated directors, key managerial personnel (KMP), designated employees, connected persons, and their relatives are advised not to engage in any dealings, either directly or indirectly, with the shares of the company during the specified closed period.
