Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited (SIFL) has been allotted an industrial plot of approximately 28,650 square meters by Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO) under its Direct Allotment Policy-2025. This plot is adjacent to the company's existing facilities in the RIICO Industrial Area, Ukhaliya, Rajasthan.
This land acquisition is a significant step in SIFL's long-term expansion strategy and follows the recent Environmental Clearance (EC) received from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Rajasthan, for its greenfield R-32 manufacturing facility. The approved capacity for this facility is 10,000 MT per annum, with an additional capacity of 7,500 MT per annum for manufacturing blended refrigerants. Hydrochloric Acid (HCl – 30%) will be generated as a by-product.
Mr. Shazad Rustomji, Managing Director & CEO of SIFL, stated that construction activities for the R-32 plant in Bhilwara have commenced and are expected to be completed within seven months, with commercial commissioning targeted by August 2026. The additional land will support future scalability and infrastructure needs, reinforcing the company's focus on backward integration and supply chain resilience. This expansion aligns with the 'Make in India' and 'Viksit Bharat' initiatives. The R-32 facility is projected to generate annual revenues of approximately ₹500 crore with Profit After Tax (PAT) margins between 22–24%. The company has set a 3-year revenue CAGR guidance of 30–35% supported by this expansion.
