Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited has been allotted an industrial plot of approximately 28,650 square meters by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO). The plot, designated as SP3-11, is located in the Industrial Area, Ukhaliya, Rajasthan, and was allocated under the "Direct Allotment Policy-2025".

This strategic acquisition aligns with the company's long-term expansion objectives and is intended to facilitate the future growth and operational needs of its R-32 Manufacturing Plant. The existing plant is situated at Plot No. SP3-10 in the same RIICO Industrial Area, Ukhaliya, Tehsil – Hurda, District – Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

The allotment letter was received on November 4, 2025. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
