This initiative signifies a strategic expansion into Mumbai's premium coastal micro-markets, extending beyond their established strongholds in Juhu and Andheri West. The campaign features 11 projects situated in sought-after coastal locales such as Versova, Juhu, Carter Road, Bandstand, Prabhadevi, and Nepean Sea Road. The "Luxury Coastline Collection" aims to present a unified vision of ultra-luxury coastal living, an approach not previously undertaken at this scale in Mumbai's real estate sector. The company highlights that coastal properties continue to attract significant interest from high-net-worth individuals, NRIs, celebrities, and business families due to their privacy, views, and location-driven value. Sri Lotus Developers has completed four projects, with six ongoing and twelve upcoming developments planned, totaling approximately 27.6 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area and 20.5 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. The "Luxury Coastline Collection" portfolio is slated for completion within the next four years.
