SRF Limited has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kartik Bharat Ram as Joint Managing Director.

The decision was made by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on January 20, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ram's new term will commence on June 1, 2026, and extend until March 31, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Mr. Kartik Bharat Ram, 54, holds an MBA from Cornell University and has over three decades of experience. He is involved in fostering a performance-based culture, driving company aspirations, and advocating for environmental responsibility and sustainability. He is also on the boards of KAMA Holdings Limited and Kalyani Steels Limited. He is the brother of Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Ashish Bharat Ram, and son of Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Arun Bharat Ram.

His current tenure as Joint Managing Director concludes on May 31, 2026. Mr. Ram is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order.
