Sonata Software Limited has announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted on Friday, 31st July, 2026, commencing at 3:00 p.m. IST. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Furthermore, the company has fixed Friday, 17th July, 2026, as the Record Date. This date will be used to identify the members who are eligible to receive the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, receives approval at the AGM, its payment will be processed after deducting applicable taxes at source. The dividend will be payable to beneficial owners of shares in electronic form based on details from depositories as of the close of business hours on 17th July 2026. For members holding shares in physical form, the dividend will be paid to those whose names appear in the Company's Register of Members at the close of business hours on the same date.
