Soma Textiles & Industries Limited has announced the receipt of two significant construction work orders from its holding company, Roadway Solutions India Infra Ltd. The first order, valued at ₹281.18 crore, is for the execution and construction of an Access Controlled Expressway Connector to the Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samrudhi Mahamarg from Jalna to Nanded in Maharashtra. This project is to be executed within 24 months from the date of the order. The second order, worth ₹62.77 crore, is for the construction of an Eight Lane Access Controlled Expressway in the State of Gujarat. This project has a completion timeline of 12 months from the date of the order. Both orders are from a domestic entity and represent construction contracts. Roadway Solutions India Infra Ltd. is the holding company of Soma Textiles & Industries Limited, holding 56.68% of its paid-up equity share capital. Promoters of both entities are Mr. Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke and Mrs. Teja Ranade. The transactions have been entered into on an arm's length basis and fall within related party transactions.
