Solar Industries India Limited (SIIL) announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company achieved its highest ever quarterly revenue of ₹2548 crore, marking a 29% increase year-on-year. Net profit also reached a record high of ₹467 crore, up 38% compared to the same period last year. The company reported its highest ever quarterly EBIDTA at ₹733 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, SIIL recorded a net revenue of ₹6785 crore (up 26%) and EBIDTA of ₹1879 crore (up 27%). Mr. Manish Nuwal, Managing Director & CEO, highlighted the strong performance driven by business initiatives in the explosives and defence sectors. The international business grew by 35% year-on-year, reaching a revenue of over ₹1000 crore. The defence sector showed a remarkable growth of 72%, with revenue exceeding ₹700 crore and an order book of over ₹21,000 crore. Mr. Nuwal also mentioned the company's strategic expansion with new facilities in Dhule, Maharashtra, and Dholpur, Rajasthan, aimed at strengthening its 'global-local' manufacturing footprint. He expressed confidence in the company's strategy focused on innovation, operational discipline, and sustainable growth.
