Solar Industries India Limited and its subsidiary have announced the receipt of significant export orders worth ₹830 Crores for the supply of Defence Products. These orders are to be delivered over a period of four years. The details of the order were disclosed as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The orders are from international clients, and the nature of the contract involves the supply of Defence Products. The company has confirmed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract, and it does not fall under related party transactions. The announcement was made on January 30, 2026, through the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
