The trading window will remain shut for all designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal "Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider trading". The trading window will reopen forty-eight hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
