Snowman Logistics Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of ₹143.7 crore for Q3FY26, marking a 9.0% year-on-year growth. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹145.0 crore. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), the total income was ₹464.7 crore, an increase of 10.8% compared to ₹419.4 crore in 9MFY25. EBITDA for Q3FY26 was ₹24.1 crore, with a margin of 16.6%, a slight increase from 16.3% in Q3FY25. However, the company reported a Net Loss After Tax of ₹1.9 crore for Q3FY26, impacted by exceptional items of ₹2.8 crore related to newly notified Labour Codes. The company also highlighted strategic expansion, adding one temperature-controlled facility in Jaipur with a capacity of 1,440 pallet positions. This expansion brings Snowman's total capacity to 1,55,099 pallets across 45 warehouses in 21 cities. Segment-wise, Warehousing Services grew by 18.6% year-on-year to ₹64 crore, and Trading and Distribution saw a 14.1% increase to ₹48 crore. The Transportation Services segment experienced a decline of 11.6% to ₹31 crore, attributed to a shift in customer mix, with expectations of recovery in upcoming quarters. Padamdeep Singh Handa, CEO & Whole-time director, expressed satisfaction with the growth, attributing it to strategic investments in cold chain infrastructure and integrated logistics solutions. He also mentioned the expansion of warehousing capacity and the company's reinforced pan-India leadership in cold storage.
