SML Mahindra Limited (formerly SML Isuzu Limited) announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 16, 2026, which commenced at 4:15 P.M. and concluded at 4:45 P.M.

For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹23.52 crore, compared to ₹0.53 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹540.83 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the PBT was ₹141.35 crore on a total income of ₹1,946.01 crore.

The company also noted the potential impact of new Labour Codes and the Environment Protection (End-of-Life Vehicles) Rules, 2025, but stated that the exact financial implications are yet to be reliably estimated.
