SML Mahindra Limited (formerly SML Isuzu Limited) announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 16, 2026, which commenced at 4:15 P.M. and concluded at 4:45 P.M.

For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹23.52 crore and total income of ₹540.83 crore. Revenue from operations stood at ₹539.27 crore.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹141.35 crore and total income of ₹1,946.01 crore. Revenue from operations for this period was ₹1,940.27 crore.

The company also provided comparative figures for the previous year's corresponding periods. For the quarter ended December 31, 2024, PBT was ₹0.75 crore and total income was ₹333.43 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, PBT was ₹91.24 crore and total income was ₹1,631.95 crore.

The Statutory Auditors have issued an unmodified review conclusion on the financial results. The company also noted potential impacts from new Labour Codes and the Environment Protection (End-of-Life Vehicles) Rules, 2025, the accounting implications of which are still being assessed.
