Lakshana Amit Sharma, a promoter of Smartlink Holdings Limited, has acquired 2,02,892 equity shares, representing 2.03% of the company's voting rights. The acquisition was made through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift from Mrs. Sudha Kamalaksha Naik, an immediate relative and promoter of the company, on December 22, 2025. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) read with Regulation 10(6) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was exempt from making an open offer under the said regulations. A prior disclosure under Regulation 10(5) was made on December 9, 2025. Following the transaction, Lakshana Amit Sharma's shareholding in Smartlink Holdings Limited increased from 7.97% (7,94,608 shares) to 10.00% (9,97,500 shares). Mrs. Sudha Kamalaksha Naik's shareholding decreased from 4.69% (4,67,417 shares) to 2.65% (2,64,525 shares).
