SKM Egg Products Export (India) Limited announced the results of a postal ballot conducted via remote e-voting, with resolutions passed by the company's members on December 11, 2025. The results, declared on December 12, 2025, were communicated to the stock exchanges on January 9, 2026.

The approved resolutions include the sub-division of ordinary (equity) shares. Each fully paid-up equity share with a face value of ₹10 will be sub-divided into two fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each. This sub-division will be effective from a record date to be determined by the Board of Directors. The sub-divided shares will rank pari passu in all respects.

Furthermore, the members approved alterations to the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and the Articles of Association (AOA). The authorized share capital will be altered to ₹30,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Crores only) divided into 6,00,00,000 (Six Crores only) Equity Shares of ₹5 each. The company had previously sent a postal ballot notice on October 29, 2025, with the remote e-voting period commencing on November 12, 2025, and concluding on December 11, 2025.
