SKIL Infrastructure Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai order dated 1st February 2024, provides a post-facto intimation regarding the meeting of its Third Committee of Creditors (COC).

The meeting, initially scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026, was postponed and subsequently held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, through audio-visual means in a virtual mode. The proceedings commenced at 11 a.m. and concluded at 1 p.m. on January 14, 2026.

This announcement is made in continuation of the intimation submitted on January 10, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
