SKIL Infrastructure Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under an order from the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai dated 1st February 2024, has announced the outcome of its second meeting of the Committee of Creditors.

The meeting was held on Tuesday, December 02, 2025, at 03:00 P.M. virtually. During this meeting, the Committee of Creditors approved the publishing of Form G, which is an invitation for expression of interest. They also approved the detailed Invitation for Expression of Interest along with the criteria for inviting Prospective Resolution Applicants, in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Further, the company informed that the Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest for the Company and Form G were submitted vide a letter dated December 05, 2025, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
