SKF India Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on February 5, 2026. The Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, SKF India reported a consolidated profit before tax of ₹863.5 million, a decrease from ₹1,406.2 million in the same period last year. The standalone profit before tax was ₹863.4 million, down from ₹1,080.6 million in the prior year quarter. The company also reported exceptional items totaling ₹101 million for the quarter, related to statutory impact of new Labour Codes and demerger expenses. In addition to the financial results, the Board approved the appointment of M/s Samdani & Co. as the Tax and GST Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The statutory auditors, M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
