SKF India (Industrial) Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Deeksha Hapawat as the Interim Head – Legal, Secretarial and Corporate Affairs. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 03, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Hapawat's appointment is in place of Mr. Ranjan Kumar, who has resigned from his positions as Director - Legal, Sustainability & CA and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to pursue an external opportunity. The effective date of Ms. Hapawat's appointment is February 03, 2026. Ms. Deeksha Hapawat holds an LLB from the National Law University, Jodhpur, an LLM and a PG Diploma in Labour Laws from the University of Rajasthan. She brings over 16 years of experience as an in-house counsel with large MNCs and as an independent legal practitioner, specializing in corporate commercial laws, contracts, litigation, compliance, corporate governance, and employment laws. Her previous associations include L&T, Ganesh & Co. Advocates, and Rallis India Limited (A Tata Group Company). Ms. Hapawat is not a director of the company.
