SKF India Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of three new Additional Directors (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) effective 13th January 2026. These new directors are Mr. Magnus Lennart Prick (DIN: 11342653), Mr. Bastian Thomas (DIN: 11414682), and Mr. Antonio Molle (DIN: 11400478). Their appointments are subject to shareholder approval, and the company will seek this within three months of their appointment date. All three new appointees are not related to any existing Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, or Promoters of the company.

Concurrently, the Board has accepted the resignations of three existing Directors (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). Ms. Kerstin Enochsson (DIN: 10774889), Mr. Karl Robin Joakim Landholm (DIN: 09651911), and Mr. Mukund Vasudevan (DIN: 05146681) will cease to be directors effective from the closure of business hours on 12th January 2026. Their resignations are due to other occupational commitments. The company has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for these resignations.
