SJVN Limited has announced the closure of its trading window, effective from January 01, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, where these financial results will be considered, in due course. This decision has been taken in compliance with Regulation 9 read with Clause 4 of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Regulating and Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure”.
