SJVN Limited has announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s MAS Services Limited to replace M/s Alankit Assignments Limited. This decision was made via Circular Resolution No. 38/2026 passed on January 16, 2026.

The appointment of M/s MAS Services Limited is for a period of three years. The exact effective date will be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course, following the completion of the transfer of electronic connectivity with NSDL and CDSL. Until this transition is finalized, M/s Alankit Assignments Limited will continue to provide RTA services.

A tripartite agreement will be executed between SJVN Limited, M/s MAS Services Limited, and M/s Alankit Assignments Limited to ensure a smooth handover. The previous contract with M/s Alankit Assignments Limited, awarded on December 15, 2020, for a five-year term ending December 14, 2025, was provisionally extended to facilitate this change.
