S.J.S. Enterprises Limited has announced the execution of a Technology License cum Supply Agreement (TLA) with BOE Varitronix Limited (BOEVX), a Hong Kong-based company. This agreement allows SJS to undertake the optical bonding and assembly of automotive display systems for four-wheelers in India. Under the terms of the TLA, BOEVX will supply essential components and support the localization of optical bonding, cover glass, and backlight units. BOEVX will also transfer its licensed technology, know-how, and technical expertise to SJS, including comprehensive training and support for manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality control, and supply of these automotive display systems. This strategic collaboration is in line with SJS's expansion plans and aims to enhance its product capabilities and accelerate the localization of key display components. It positions SJS as a comprehensive decorative aesthetics solutions provider in the automotive sector and opens a new growth vertical in digital automotive displays. Both companies expressed optimism about the partnership's potential to drive growth and deliver advanced solutions to the Indian automotive market.
