Siyaram Silk Mills Limited held a meeting of its Unsecured Creditors on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This meeting was convened pursuant to an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, dated November 4, 2025.

The primary purpose of the meeting was to consider and approve a proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Siyaram Silk Mills and its shareholders, as outlined in the notice dated November 24, 2025, and under Section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013.
