Siti Networks Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities. The trading window will be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company starting from January 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 and the nine months ending on December 31, 2025. All Designated Persons have been advised against trading in the company's securities during this period.
