SIS Limited announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31st, 2025, with consolidated revenue from operations reaching ₹4,185.2 crore, a significant 24.5% year-on-year increase from ₹3,362.5 crore in Q3 FY25. The Operating EBITDA also saw a substantial rise of 25.2% YoY, growing to ₹196.3 crore from ₹156.8 crore in the same period last year. The Operating Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹100.8 crore. The Security Solutions India segment reported revenue of ₹1,898 crore, up 33.7% YoY. Security Solutions International achieved revenue of ₹1,670 crore, marking a 20.8% YoY growth. The Facility Management Solutions segment contributed ₹636 crore, with a 10.3% YoY revenue increase. Commenting on the performance, Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha, Group Managing Director, stated, “Q3 FY26 has been a milestone quarter with quarterly revenue crossing INR 4,000 cr. for the first time and the highest ever Operating EBITDA of INR 196 cr. With robust 9M performance, SIS is well positioned for a REBOUND in FY26.” Key financial highlights include a Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 15.2% for Q3 FY26 and a Net Debt to EBITDA ratio of 1.25 as of December 2025. The cash conversion ratio (OCF/EBITDA) stood at 140.5% for the quarter.
