Silly Monks Entertainment Limited has approved the allotment of 22,00,000 equity shares and 13,75,000 equity share warrants in a board meeting held on January 12, 2026. The equity shares were allotted on a preferential basis at an issue price of ₹18.50 per share, aggregating to ₹4.07 crore. Additionally, 13,75,000 equity share warrants were allotted to the promoter at the same issue price, with 25% of the total consideration received, amounting to ₹63.59 lakh for this tranche.

The allotments are in accordance with the terms approved by shareholders in an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on November 27, 2025, and comply with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. The board meeting commenced at 02:00 PM and concluded at 02:30 PM.

Among the investors, Satyapoorna Chander Yalamanchili (Promoter) was allotted 14,50,000 equity shares for ₹2.68 crore and 13,75,000 warrants for ₹63.59 lakh. Tondapu Satish Kumar (Non-Promoter) received 7,50,000 equity shares for ₹1.39 crore. Mr. Satyapoorna Chander Yalamanchili is also in the process of acquiring 40,94,146 equity shares from the existing promoter group.
