SIL Investments Limited has submitted a certificate in accordance with regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate has been received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

The certificate confirms that the securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended December 31, 2025, were processed and confirmed with the depositories. It also verifies that these securities are listed on the stock exchanges where the company's existing securities are already traded.

Furthermore, MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialisation were either accepted or rejected, and subsequently, the physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled. The name of the depositories has been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the stipulated timelines.
