Signpost India Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Jenny Shah from her positions as Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel, and Compliance Officer. The resignation is effective from the close of business on January 16, 2026. Ms. Shah has cited a better opportunity as the reason for her departure and will also cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the company.

Her resignation letter, dated December 18, 2025, was submitted to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Shah expressed her gratitude to the Board of Directors and her colleagues for their support during her tenure. The company has informed the stock exchanges, BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, about this change as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
