Signatureglobal (India) Limited has issued a clarification regarding a recent increase in the trading volume of its equity shares. In response to a letter from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) dated January 8, 2026, the company stated that the surge in volume is purely market-driven.

The company confirmed that it has made all necessary disclosures and announcements as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Signatureglobal further clarified that there is no pending announcement or price-sensitive information that could be influencing the price or volume behavior of its scrip.
