Signatureglobal (India) Limited has reported its operational performance for the third quarter and first nine months of the fiscal year 2026 (Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26). The company achieved pre-sales of ₹20.2 billion in Q3 FY26, with collections rising by 14% year-on-year to ₹12.3 billion during the same quarter. For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025 (9M FY26), pre-sales stood at ₹66.8 billion, and collections were ₹30.9 billion. The average sales realization per square foot increased to ₹15,182 in 9M FY26, up from ₹12,457 in FY25, attributed to sales in premium markets and price increases. The company's net debt was reported at ₹10.2 billion at the end of 9M FY26.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Chairman and Whole-Time Director, highlighted sustained demand and the encouraging customer response to the launch of their premium project, Sarvam at DXP Estate. He noted that strong collections, improving realizations, and disciplined balance sheet management underscore the company's execution strength. He expressed optimism about meeting guidance and supporting long-term growth plans based on current momentum and planned launches.

Signature Global, a prominent real estate developer in North India, is shifting its focus from affordable housing to mid and premium housing categories. The company has successfully delivered 16 million sq. ft. as of H1 FY26 and has a robust project pipeline. Between FY22 and FY25, Signature Global achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 58% in sales.
