Sigma Solve Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,030.85 crore for the quarter, a significant increase from ₹796.29 crore in the same period last year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,066.20 crore.

Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹294.03 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹189.95 crore. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹2,051.76 crore and net profit after tax was ₹508.13 crore. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹957.07 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹190.00 crore. For the nine-month period, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹2,067.32 crore and net profit after tax was ₹508.58 crore.

The Board of Directors met on January 13, 2026, to approve these results. The statutory auditors have issued an unmodified review report on these financial results. It is noted that effective October 8, 2025, the company underwent a 1:10 stock split, where one equity share of face value ₹10 was split into ten equity shares of face value ₹1 each.
