Siemens Energy India Limited has announced the record date for determining eligible members for a potential dividend declaration at its upcoming 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The record date has been fixed as Friday, January 30, 2026. This date will be used to identify shareholders eligible for dividend payment for the Financial Year 2024-25.

The payment of the dividend, if declared by the members at the AGM and recommended by the Board of Directors, is scheduled to commence from Wednesday, February 18, 2026. For shareholders holding shares in electronic form, the dividend will be paid to beneficial owners as of the close of business hours on January 30, 2026, based on details from NSDL and CDSL. For shares held in physical form, payment will be made to members whose names appear in the Company’s Register of Members as of the close of business hours on the same record date.
