Siemens Energy India Limited has responded to queries raised by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) regarding its financial results.

Regarding the format of the financial results, the company clarified that its financial year runs from October 1 to September 30. The Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended September 30, 2025, were prepared and published in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The figures for Q4 of FY 2024-25 were marked as "Unaudited" because they represent the balancing figure between the audited full financial year figures and the unaudited nine-month figures, as explained in note no. 7.

In response to the query about the declaration for unmodified opinions, Siemens Energy India Limited stated that a declaration regarding the unmodified opinion was provided in their letter dated November 24, 2025, which enclosed the Financial Results and the Auditor’s Report. The company confirmed that the Auditor’s Report gave an unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2025.
