Siemens Energy India Limited has announced that its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25, which includes the AGM Notice, has been sent to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or their Depository Participant(s). The report is also available on the company's website and the websites of the stock exchanges and NSDL.

The company is providing its members with the facility to cast their vote electronically, both before the AGM (remote e-voting) and during the AGM. The cut-off date for determining entitlement for e-voting is Friday, February 6, 2026. Remote e-voting will commence on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Members who become shareholders after the AGM notice dispatch but hold shares as of the cut-off date can obtain login credentials by contacting NSDL. Members who have already voted remotely can still attend the AGM but cannot vote again.
